Zhuhai Fiber Increases Technological Transformation and Strives to Be a Pioneer

Zhuhai Acetate Fiber Co., Ltd. was recently awarded the 'Eleventh Five-Year' Energy Conservation Advanced Unit by the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government.
During the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' period, the company accelerated the pace of creating a green enterprise by implementing new energy-saving technologies. The implementation of the 'Tobacco Tow Preheating Air Heating New Process Reform' project saves 16001 tons of steam per year, equivalent to 1481 tons of heavy oil and 2116 tons of standard coal annually; implementation of the water absorption acetone recovery project, and the consumption of standard coal per ton of silk from 1.10 Tons dropped to 0.82 tons. In particular, the company's research and development of 'Technology Research and Application of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Acetate Fiber Tow Manufacturing' enables centralized recovery of high-grade waste heat from the adsorption bed desorption steam, tower bottom liquid, and condensate in the tow production process.
