1.Q: Where Is Your Factory Located?

A: We are located in Huizhou city which is 1.5 hours from Baiyun International Airport .

2.Q: How I Can Know The Yarn Type And Quality?

A: If you are interesting in our product after checking the photo , 100g is free for you to check the actual yarn type , hand feel and others, you can test it before order .

3.Q: How About The Minimum Quantity And Production Leadtime?

A: Our minimum quantity is 25kgs per color/type , we will send the yarn 5 ~ 15 days after your confirmation .

4.Q: How Can I Pay You?

A: After you confirm the yarn price , color and quantity , we will arrange PI for payment , you can transfer to our bank account which shown on PI directly .

5.Q: How About The Color?

A: You can choose from our color shade , or you can customize color you want .

6.Q: How About The Order Procedure?

A: After you tested the yarn and want to start an order , we can discuss price , color and quantity via mails , NSN or whatsapp , then we make PI for payment . we will start production once receive payment and will take photo of yarn and package for checking before shipping .

7.Q: How You Ship The Yarn?

A: For samples , we will ship it by DHL , TNT , FEDEX , UPS etc , we will inform tracking number once sent ; For bulk order , we can ship by boat or by plane , depends on what we agreed .

8.Q: How Do You Check The Goods In The Production Line?

A: We have a QC team consisting of 3 staff responsible for quality inspection .

9.Q: How to Deal With When Your Clients Received Defective Products?

A: We usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment .
