The scientific research project of 'Cotton Yarn Futures Quality Inspection' of Henan Textile Institute passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements

Recently, the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Research Project 'Cotton Yarn Futures Quality Inspection' completed under the auspices of Henan Textile Institute passed the evaluation of the China Science and Technology Co-Creation (Beijing) Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Center. This is the first time that the Provincial Textile Institute has evaluated scientific and technological achievements by a third-party professional scientific and technological achievement evaluation institution, and it is also the first time that the scientific research project of the institute has passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation.　　 Expert review believes that the project has conducted in-depth research on the detection methods and inspection specifications of the foreign fiber content of cotton yarn, and the research content is still blank in China. For the first time, the project systematically proposed the detection method of foreign fiber in cotton yarn and the classification standard of quality grade, standardized and restricted the detection content of foreign fiber in cotton yarn, and demonstrated the inspection method and inspection results. The program proposed by the project is simple to operate, suitable for the inspection of foreign fibers in cotton yarn futures, and provides technical support for future intelligent inspections. The project results have been promoted and applied in Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and other units to provide a basis for the quality inspection of cotton yarn futures. The cotton yarn futures quality inspection specification proposed by the project is the first in China, completely independent innovation, and reaching the domestic leading level.
