The product quality control of cotton spinning enterprises is a continuous, complex and interrelated textile system project. The main tasks of the opening and cleaning process:    (1) The opening is used to compress the cotton bale through the corner nails in each single machine of the opening and cleaning combined machine, and the tearing and striking action of the beater. The bulk fiber is loosened into small cotton bundles, which creates conditions for impurity removal and mixing, and minimizes impurity fragmentation and fiber damage during the opening process.  (2) Removal of impurities When opening, 50%-60% of impurities in raw cotton are removed, especially large impurities such as cottonseed, seed cotton, sterile seeds, sandy soil, etc.; chemical fiber mainly removes impurities such as silk and lumps. The process of removing impurities should reduce the falling of spinnable fibers and save cotton.  (3) Mixing Fully mix various raw materials according to the proportion of cotton. The better the raw cotton (chemical fiber) opens, the more uniform the mixing.  (4) Uniform rolls Make cotton rolls with a certain weight, a certain length and uniformity for use in the next process. When the blowing-carding unit is used, the output cotton flows to the cotton storage box of each carding machine in the carding process, and finally the feast cotton is fed to the carding machine.   2. The main tasks of the carding process:    (1) Carding Under the premise of as little damage to the fibers as possible, the fed cotton layer is carefully and thoroughly carded to separate the bundle fibers into a single fiber state.  (2) Impurity removal On the basis of sufficient fiber separation, the remaining impurities and defects are thoroughly removed.  (3) Uniform mixing Make the fiber fully mixed and evenly distributed in the single fiber state.  (4) Sliver slivers are made into uniform slivers with certain specifications and quality requirements and placed in sliver drums regularly. Maintaining the continuous and stable supply and production of each single machine and the cotton conveying pipeline is effective in reducing the unevenness of the lap weight and reducing the comb. Key points for quality control of carding process:    Carding process mastering process principle: card clothing is sharp and undamaged, ensuring four fronts and one alignment, ensuring reasonable needle load and carding degree, strengthening transfer, improving carding quality, and reducing carding Linter rate.   (1) Equipment safety and personal safety, prevent foreign objects such as cleaning tools from entering and damaging key equipment such as card clothing; the parts that are not allowed to be operated by the car should be repeatedly emphasized and checked by employees.  (2) It is not allowed for the cotton net cleaner and the suction points of the noil to block the flowers, otherwise it will increase the elimination of neps and impurities. (5) The transmission part of the auto-leveling should be kept clean and sensitive. If the chain is stretched and the teeth are sprung, contact for maintenance and repair; if the cotton roller is entangled with flowers, the operator should check and remove it at any time.  (6) The gauge of the carding process must be accurate and meet the process requirements. Otherwise, the combing quality requirements cannot be met, and the damage to the subsequent process and product quality is great.  (7) Card clothing such as cylinders, flats, licker rollers, doffers and other card clothings of carding machines should be replaced in time or processed by grinding needles in accordance with the service cycle and the quality index level of card sliver. This is also the basis for ensuring stable quality and good combing quality.  (8) Carry out the car and maintenance work strictly according to the cycle to keep the equipment in good operation.  Clearing and carding are the key processes of opening and carding in spinning mills. Doing a good job of opening and carding of raw materials is very important to improve the quality of the yarn, reduce the neps of the finished yarn, and reduce the yarn defects.
