The EU initiates a partial mid-term review of anti-dumping investigations against China's polyester high-stretch yarn

The European Commission issued an announcement on October 18 this year, stating that, at the request of American u0026 Efird, a partial mid-term review of anti-dumping investigations against high tenacity yarn of polyester originating in mainland China was initiated. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) tariff code of the product involved is listed as ex5402 20 00. Stakeholders should submit relevant information and supporting evidence within 37 days of the announcement. The mid-term review and investigation procedures will be completed within 15 months after the announcement.　　 The European Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation on polyester high-elastic yarns originating in Taiwan, China and South Korea on August 9, 2009, and formally imposed anti-dumping duties on the mainland’s polyester high-elastic yarns on November 29, 2010.
