The 1 million spindles project of Dongchunxing Group reached full production

On June 8th, good news came from Tumshuk City in the Third Division. 25 open-end spinning equipment were installed and put into production. So far, Xinjiang Dongchunxing Group's 1 million spindle project has reached full production. Corps Caohu Guangdong Textile and Garment Industrial Park Dongchunxing Group is a Xinjiang aid project in Dongguan City and the largest industrial aid project in Guangdong Province. It is composed of Dongguan Dongshi Group, Third Division Tumushuke City, Yichun Group, and Dongguan Deheng Group. The construction was funded by 4 parties, and was awarded the 'National Textile Industry Transfer Demonstration Park' in 2018. The 1 million spindles project of Dongchunxing Group will be constructed in three phases, with a total investment of 3.94 billion yuan, an annual output of more than 160,000 tons of yarns, which can attract about 5,000 jobs, and achieve annual sales income of 3.05 billion yuan. The product is positioned as high-end yarn , Quality indicators can meet the needs of high-end customers.　　The current production efficiency of open-end spinning is over 96.4%, all indicators are stable, zero accidents and zero risks are achieved. After the project is fully put into production, the product structure will be richer and the cooperation space with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain will be more extensive. Since the resumption of work and production, the products produced by Dongchunxing Group have been recognized by customers, and all products have signed orders and contracts, realizing both production and sales.
