On November 14, I walked into the Light Textile Park of Jingnan New District, Qinggang County. At the site of the Heilongjiang Jinda Linen Co., Ltd. linen and hemp worsted spinning project, the factory buildings, warehouses, office buildings and dormitory buildings were erected. The construction has been completed. At present, the construction staff are undergoing interior decoration, and the interior presents an intense and busy scene. It is understood that this project is jointly funded and constructed by Zhejiang Jinda Group and Shenzhen Boyang Textile Industrial Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 300 million yuan, including 200 million yuan in fixed assets. It covers an area of u200bu200b100,000 square meters, with a building area of u200bu200b80,000 square meters. The annual production capacity is 25,000 spindles, the annual output value is 300 million yuan, and 600 people are employed. Trial production is expected in May next year. By then, Qinggang County's flax spinning capacity will reach 60,000 spindles, and the total products will account for 8% of the national market share. The original three flax textile enterprises in Qinggang County, Zhide Linen, Bohai Textile, and Hangzhou Puluopu, can process 35,000 flax yarns and 670,000 extension meters of flax grey cloth each year, gradually forming a flax processing industry cluster. In order to enhance the visibility and influence of the flax textile industry in Qinggang County, and form a development pattern that closely connects the upstream and downstream industrial chains from carding, spinning, weaving to finished product production, the main leaders of the county party committee led a team to contact Jinda Group for more than 20 times. After unremitting efforts, Jinda Group was moved by the determination and enthusiasm for investment promotion in Qinggang County. On January 18th, Qinggang County People's Government and Jinda Flax Co., Ltd., Jinda Venture Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Boyang Textile Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract to settle in Qinggang, continuing to write a new glorious chapter in Qinggang County's flax textile industry. Heilongjiang Jinda Flax Co., Ltd. and Jinda Venture Co., Ltd. are affiliated to Zhejiang Jinda Group. The group was founded in 1999 and is located in Baibu Town, Haiyan County, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. It was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2006. The largest flax yarn manufacturer. At present, the group's total assets have reached 1.4 billion yuan, there are more than 2500 employees, 4 production plants and 1 organic flax raw material production base, with an annual output value of about 700 million yuan. The total production scale reaches 105,000 spindles, with an annual output of more than 20,000 tons of wet-spun linen yarn, accounting for 15% of the national market share and about 10% of the global market share; export linen yarn accounts for 1/3 of the country, ranking the world since 2004 the first. This year, Jinda Group signed a purchase and sale contract with farmers in Jianshe Township, Qinggang County, and tried planting 1,300 mu of flax and 200 mu of hemp, involving 34 farmers. The farmers planted flax and hemp and increased their income by 864,000 yuan, and the average household income increased by 25,000. , Drove 27 people out of poverty and became rich. Jinda Group will also plan to build a new 10,000-ton flax fiber project in Qinggang, and conduct in-depth cooperation with Qinggang County Wangziyang Mineral Water Co., Ltd. to create a high-end mineral water brand. On the fertile soil of Qinggang, Heilongjiang Jinda Flax Co., Ltd., with the support of Jinda Group, gives full play to its leading position and appeal in the industry, and will surely attract more flax upstream and downstream industry projects to settle in Qinggang, effectively improving the competitiveness of the industry. Promote the extension of the flax industry from spinning and weaving to the fields of weaving, printing and dyeing, and clothing, increase the added value of products, and build the 'icing on the cake' for the flax industry cluster in Qinggang County. At present, Qinggang County has four flax textile enterprises, namely Jinda Linen, Zhide Linen, Bohai Textile, and Hangzhou Prop. The development momentum is strong and a new situation of 'outstanding' has formed in Qinggang. Article keywords: Flax Qinggang Textile Park Investment Industrial Cluster
