India's cotton yarn export prices fell in the first week of June

During the week of June 1-7, Indian demand was sluggish, cotton prices were weak, domestic prices of Indian cotton yarn remained unchanged, and export prices fell.   It is understood that in the past few months, India’s cotton prices have been high, cotton yarn exports are weak, and exports to the international market are sluggish. The export price of Indian cotton yarn continued to drop by 10 cents/kg last week, and it is expected that Indian cotton yarn exports may increase in the coming weeks.  In China, the export price of Indian cotton yarn is relatively firm. As China's RMB exchange rate continues to rebound, it is expected that the import demand in the Chinese market will be stimulated for some time to come.
