India initiates anti-dumping investigation against Chinese viscose staple fiber yarn

On January 14, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the Indian Manmade Yarn Manufacturers Association (Indian Manmade Yarn Manufacturers Association), the Viscose Spun Yarn initiated an anti-dumping investigation. This case mainly involved products under the Indian customs codes 55101110 and 55101210 and some products under 55101190, 55101290, 55109010 and 55109090. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 (9 months), the damage investigation period is 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and the dumping investigation period.
