Imported cotton quotations rose on June 1

On June 1, the quotation of imported cotton rebounded with ICE futures. International Cotton Index (SM) 102.06 cents/lb, up 74 points, equivalent to 15998 yuan/ton (calculated at 1% tariff, exchange rate calculated at Bank of China’s central parity rate, the same below); ) 99.08 cents/pound, up 74 points, discounted to 15440 yuan/ton at the general trade port pickup price. The prices of the main varieties of the day are as follows: Among the   SM 1-1/8″ grade cotton, the US C/A cotton is quoted at 106.2 (US cents/lb, the same below), which is discounted to RMB 16,781.04/ton for the general trade port delivery price (press 1 % Tariff calculation, the same below).  U.S. E/MOT cotton is quoted at 103.45, which is equivalent to RMB 16,351.68 per ton in general trade ports.    Australian cotton is quoted at 108.30, which is discounted to RMB 17,108.91 per ton in general trade ports.    Uzbekistan Cotton is quoted at 110, which is discounted to RMB 17,374.33 per ton for delivery at general trade ports.    West African cotton is quoted at 106.25, discounted to RMB 16,788.84 tons for general trade ports.    Indian cotton is quoted at 90.30, discounted to RMB 14,298.56 for general trade ports. /Ton.
