USDA: U.S. Cotton's cumulative contract has slightly decreased

According to statistics from the United States Department of Agriculture, affected by the cancellation of the U.S. cotton export contract for two consecutive weeks, as of June 21, the U.S. 2017/18 net cotton export sales volume slightly decreased to 3.811 million tons, an increase of 12% year-on-year, completing USDA exports. The predicted 108% is higher than the 104% in the same period last year.  As of the week of June 21, the US 2017/18 upland cotton export contract has cancelled 4,300 tons, and 25,500 tons in the previous week. As of June 21, US cotton shipments totaled 3.09 million tons, an increase of 6% year-on-year, completing 83% of the USDA export forecast. For the rest of the year, the average weekly shipment volume of US cotton needs to reach 74,000 tons.  As of June 21, the United States' 2018/19 cotton net export contract volume reached 1.25 million tons, an increase of 29% year-on-year, and 37% of the USDA export forecast was completed, which was higher than the 27% in the same period last year.
